Share Your Experience and Knowledge with Students at Italian Universities
We organize your guest lecture or seminar for aspiring professionals at leading universities in Italy.
Italy is a country of great opportunities not only for students but also for professors. Italian universities actively invite foreign experts to conduct seminars and other educational activities as part of collaboration and knowledge exchange programs. Hosting leading international specialists also aims to enhance the quality of education and strengthen the position of Italian universities in global rankings. Specific opportunities can usually be found on the universities’ websites or through specialized foundations. However, thanks to our close collaboration with various Italian universities, we personally organize your teaching experience in Italy — a country eager to provide you with a platform to deliver lectures, seminars, or practical workshops for its students. We offer our clients the chance to share their expertise with young professionals on behalf of a prestigious medical school in Russia, contributing to the advancement of international medicine.

Process of Organizing an Educational Event at an Italian University
Preparatory Stage
Defining the Topic, Goals, and Format
We decide on the type of event (lecture, workshop, seminar, research visit), the subject matter, and the educational objectives to be achieved.

Selecting the University
We study Italian universities that may be interested in hosting the event. For medical fields, the most popular institutions include the University of Milan, Politecnico di Milano, Sapienza University of Rome, and others.
Organizational Stage
Preparation and Submission of the Application to the University
We submit an official request to organize the educational event, including:
  • Event title and objectives
  • Proposed date
  • Tentative program
  • Information about the lecturer (academic degree, CV, publications, etc.)

Coordination with the University
The selected university reviews the application and provides feedback. After this, the coordination process begins. Once agreements are reached, we move on to the next stage.
Information Support
Providing materials
We supply the university with all necessary materials for the event, including presentations, handouts, and other resources.

Program Development
We create a detailed schedule for the event.

Event Announcement
We notify all participants (students, other faculty, etc.) about the event.
Trip Implementation
Document Preparation
We assist in gathering all necessary documents for a Type C visa to Italy.

Visa Acquisition
We submit the collected documents to the Italian visa center and wait for the visa to be issued.

Logistics and Accommodation
We arrange your flight and transfers for comfortable travel within the city, and book a hotel or other accommodation.

Staying in Italy
During the event, you will be accompanied by our guide-interpreter. In addition to your educational mission, we can create a personalized cultural program for your stay in Italy.

We oversee all processes and promptly address any issues that may arise.

After the Event
We collect feedback from participants and prepare a report on the event, highlighting achieved goals and key conclusions.
